1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. SAVELO offers free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
4. How do I know my size?
Please check the size guide shown on the product page and compare it with your measurements. If you are between sizes, contact our team before ordering.
5. Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Delivery availability may be limited in a small number of locations because of local carrier or customs restrictions.
6. How can I contact you?
Email us at support@savelo.store. Our customer care team aims to respond within 24 hours on business days.
7. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link so you can follow its delivery progress.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the secure payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and supported express-payment options.
9. My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
First check the latest tracking update and your delivery details. If the estimated delivery window has passed, contact support@savelo.store with your order number.
10. Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We will try to help, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot always be changed or cancelled.
